Role summary:
The Manager, Design - Total Rewards AI Enablement leads the development and execution of innovative design strategies that align with organizational goals. This role will use AI/Automation tools to build solutions that improve the speed of delivery for TR solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
The manager drives continuous process improvements and ensures effective communication throughout all phases of product development. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and adaptability are essential to successfully guide design initiatives that support business objectives and enhance overall customer experience. This position requires a commitment to operational excellence and strategic alignment.
About the team:
The Enterprise Design Team addresses Walmart’s complex Total Rewards challenges across segments and functions by simplifying processes and delivering scalable solutions. Utilizing AI and automation, the team enhances delivery speed, impact, and reduces friction for associates and leaders. With expertise in collaboration, analytics, and stakeholder management, the team transforms insights into actionable strategies. Their focus on sustainable design supports business objectives and drives continuous improvement, ensuring effective management of the product lifecycle and fostering adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
+ Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
+ Develop agents and solutions with AI tools like VS Code, Chat GPT, Co-Pilot, and more; supporting total rewards partners with key tasks such as benchmarking, analysis, proposal development, adhoc reviews, and costing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
+ Oversee product lifecycle management, driving continuous improvement and innovation in design processes.
+ Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment of design initiatives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
