What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

+ Load customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precision

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial setting

+ Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

+ Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
