    The Opportunity:

    CACI is hiring a Systems Administrator for our customer at Fort Bragg, NC! In this role, you'll install and configure software, hardware, and networks. You'll monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as well as ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. You will be responsible for upgrading systems with new releases and models, developing expertise to train staff on new technologies, building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage, monitor and interface with multiple systems to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and timeliness of track data.

    • Work in a dynamic, high visibility environment and interface with military, civilian, and defense contractors.

    • Installing and configuring soft ware and hardware

    • Use a family of systems to create COP pictures such as Palantir/GAIA, TRAX/LINK-16, WINTAK

    • Managing network servers and technology tools

    • Setting up accounts and workstations

    • Monitoring performance and maintaining systems according to requirements

    • Troubleshooting issues and outages

    • Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls

    • Upgrading systems with new releases and models

    • Developing expertise to train staff on new technologies

    • Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

    • Position is 24/7/365 consisting of rotating 12 hour shifts

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Top Secret/SCI Clearance

    + Security + Certification

    + 3 years of experience maintaining network, video, servers, workstations, and peripheral hardware and related software.

    + Good communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through

    + Provides technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians with less experience.

    + Demonstrated experience with Tier-2 desktop customer support

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $71,500 - $150,200
