ADP is hiring a Benefits Analyst.

As a **Benefits Analyst,** you’ll work with our Total Rewards team to analyze benefit trends and utilization, manage vendor invoicing, develop communications, and support program awareness and participation.

What you’ll do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
+ Utilize data analytics to assess and drive continuous health improvement.
+ Track and manage the timely payment of invoices for all insurance carriers and benefit vendors.
+ Collaborate with internal communications, benefit partners, and on-site Health & Wellness Center staff to educate and promote awareness of and participation in wellbeing programs.
+ Assist with benefit audits and regulatory compliance matters.
+ Handle associate benefit escalations and appeals.
+ Support in developing and executing the Health and Wellness strategy.
+ Maintain internal portal pages and Sharepoint/ADP Works pages.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Required Qualifications_
+ You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
+ Experience in benefits analysis.
+ Demonstrated experience with data analytics and strong Excel skills.
+ Excellent writing skills and experience working with stakeholders to create written communications.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $47,400.00 - USD $96,300.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
