Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

+ Support the annual business planning processes through preparation of data and analyses

+ Prepare monthly financial and metric performance reports and respond to related inquiries

+ Perform data requests and analyses across topic areas as requested by those throughout the firm

+ Serve as an internal consultant to various groups to provide analysis, insights, and understanding of their data to inform decision making

+ Become an expert on Kimley-Horn data and metrics to answer questions and advise others how to interpret our data

+ Assist with special projects among various teams nationwide

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of relevant experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

+ VBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferred

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+ Excellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations

+ High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives

+ Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic

+ Outstanding communication skills

+ Must be an excellent team player as well as work independently
