    Role Overview

     

    In this senior leadership role, you will drive implementation excellence across ADP's client portfolio, ensuring every client goes live successfully with speed, quality, and confidence. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and eliminate barriers that could impact go-live success, while establishing strategic processes that scale implementation capabilities across the organization.

     

    You will start your day reviewing implementation dashboards and leading strategic alignment meetings with key stakeholders. You'll spend your time analyzing complex business requirements, orchestrating solutions across multiple teams, and providing executive guidance to ensure seamless client transitions. You will be the escalation point for critical implementation challenges and the strategic voice that drives continuous improvement in our implementation methodology.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Vision

    + Define and execute the strategic roadmap for implementation success, ensuring consistent "green light" go-lives across all client segments

    + Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize implementation speed and quality through process innovation and technology advancement

    + Establish KPIs and success metrics that drive accountability and continuous improvement across implementation teams

    Client Success & Stakeholder Management

    + Serve as executive sponsor for high-risk or strategic implementations, ensuring C-suite level engagement and resolution

    + Build and maintain relationships with key client executives during critical implementation phases

    + Drive client advocacy programs that leverage successful implementations for business growth

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    + Lead and influence senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services to align on implementation priorities

    + Guide resolution of complex, multi-system integration challenges that span organizational boundaries

    + Champion change management initiatives that improve implementation outcomes and client satisfaction

    Operational Excellence

    + Oversee business systems analysis across implementation lifecycle, ensuring robust requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design

    + Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to predict and prevent implementation risks

    + Establish governance frameworks that ensure consistent execution while maintaining flexibility for unique client needs

     

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    Leadership Experience

    + 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in business systems analysis, implementation management, or related fields

    + Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex implementations in enterprise software environments

    + Experience managing senior-level stakeholders and driving consensus across diverse organizational functions

    Strategic & Analytical Skills

    + Deep expertise in business process analysis, system integration, and change management methodologies

    + Advanced knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems, APIs, and data integration patterns

    Executive Presence

    + Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at C-suite level

    + Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while maintaining team morale and focus

    + Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development
