Machine Repair Technician – Direct Hire | $35/hr | 3rd Shift

**Pay:** ~$35/hour (flexible based on experience) + overtime opportunities
**Shift:** 3rd Shift, 10 PM – 7 AM

What you’ll do:
As a Machine Repair Technician on 3rd shift, you’ll keep production moving by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting advanced systems, including:
• Conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and CNC machinery.
• Complex electrical and mechanical systems used in engine component manufacturing.
• Performing diagnostics and independent repairs without requiring a journeyman card.

What we’re looking for:
This role is a great fit if you:
• Bring **7+ years of industrial maintenance experience** with strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Have hands-on experience with **mechatronics, robotics, and automated systems.**
• Can work **3rd shift hours (10 PM – 7 AM)** and overtime as needed.
• Bonus: Background in **farm machinery or family farm operations** —a plus for mechanical problem-solving skills!
