    This position is **ONSITE** in **Mount Laurel, NJ** , must be able to commute to Mount Laurel, NJ

    What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

     

    • Providing administrative support to AHM Parts & Service Zone Management and the Field Team to meet or exceed all stated Major Areas of Responsibility (MAR's) for the Fiscal Year.

    • Completing all projects and tasks assigned by Zone Management in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.

    • Supporting and communicating with Zone Management, National Management, and Zone staff while coordinating the flow of correspondence and processing dealership files and warranty labor requests.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have a minimum of 1+ year of on-the-job experience or have completed a vocational training program.

    • Possess excellent communication, math, and problem-solving skills essential for performing administrative support work.

    • Are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong organizational and planning skills.

    Desired Skills:

    Budget analysis and account usage, departmental networking, negotiation skills.
