Assembly Technician – Direct Hire | Aerospace Manufacturing | Clyde, NY

We're hiring **Direct Hire Assembly Technicians** to join a growing aerospace manufacturer in **Clyde, NY** , where your work directly supports innovation in flight and defense.

This is not a temp role you’ll be hired directly with the company, with full access to benefits, career growth, and stability.

Pay & Shifts:

+ **Starting Pay:** $17.00 – $21.50/hour (based on shift and experience)

Schedule Options:

+ **C Shift:** 10:30pm – 6:30am (Sunday – Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Assembling and testing aerospace components (mechanical and electrical)

+ Reading blueprints and working from technical drawings

+ Using hand and power tools to build high-precision parts

+ Inspecting parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

+ Deburring and finishing machined surfaces

+ Meeting production and quality standards

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 1–2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred

+ Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, or related industries a plus

+ Comfortable using tools and reading technical instructions

+ Reliable, quality-focused, and ready to grow with a great team
