Qualifications:

+ Strong understanding of the automotive buying cycle from lead to post-sale.

+ Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.

+ Project management experience is a plus.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
