    Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

     

    This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

    We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

    + **Lees Summit, MO + Independence, MO + KC, MO**

    + **PPV** **_[_** **_pay per visit]_**

    + **_Routine 30-60min in home visits_**

    + **Flexible scheduling** **_-_**

    + **_We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load over time._**

    + **_Approx. 14 monthly visits_**

    + **_Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month._**

    + **_Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future._**

    + **_No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call [unless so desired by Nurse/Client for visits]_**

    + **_Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at Lees Summit office on Tue + Thur] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle_**

    Qualifications:

    + Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.

    + 1yr paid experience as an RN or LPN

    + Current CPR certification

    + Strong organizational and communication skills
