Job overview and responsibilities
The Catering Operations Performance Analytics Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence by analyzing catering performance data across all locations. This role is responsible for developing insights, building dashboards and measuring performance against established service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive improved reliability, efficiency and customer satisfaction in Catering Operations, while also serving as the business owner for key Catering tools and applications.
+ Performance analysis & reporting:
+ Analyze catering operations data to assess performance across all catering locations and develop leadership-level summaries and visualizations
+ Measure and track vendor and station performance against SLAs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
+ Lead ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.
+ Analyze and validate the benefits of continuous improvement initiatives, quantifying results by location and across the network to clearly communicate operational impact.
+ Dashboard & Tool Development:
+ Develop and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards and standardized reporting tools to provide visibility into operational results.
+ Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all reporting platforms.
+ Tools Management
+ Act as the business owner for technology systems, tools and applications supporting Catering Operations, ensuring they meet operational needs, integrate effectively with analytics platforms and evolve with business requirements.
+ Operational Support
+ Provide operational support as required.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or Industrial Engineering
+ 4+ years of data analytics experience
+ Statistical analysis, Spotfire development & Business Intelligence Tools knowledge
+ Data mining with Palantir/Foundry/UDH, SQL development/queries, Brio/database experience
+ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint/think-cell
+ Effective oral and written communication skills
+ Advanced Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
+ Master's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or MBA
+ Catering Operations or airline experience
+ Experience leading a team
The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $129,924.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
