OurFabricationdepartment in Pasco, WA is now looking for a Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

• Supervise and support production team members in areas such as attendance, training, task execution, and employee relations.

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.

• Monitor material flow to ensure timely availability of parts and supplies.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.

• Participate in daily and weekly production meetings to communicate priorities and resolve issues.

• Ensure production processes follow lean manufacturing principles and standard work practices.

• Support compliance with site rules, regulations, and policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in a production setting.

• Experience with automated production machinery, hand tools, power tools, and fabricating equipment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to train and motivate team members effectively.

• Problem-solving ability to address issues such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and workflow disruptions.

Abilities

• Ability to apply safety, quality, and just-in-time principles in daily operations.

• Capable of interpreting detailed instructions and resolving immediate operational challenges.

• Able to instruct and guide others in task execution and process adherence.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated experience in team supervision or frontline leadership.

• Familiarity with visual management tools and production tracking systems.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
