Regional Licensing Coordinator
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : To assist in processing and maintaining corporate Wholesale Distributor and Controlled Substance licenses for company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Administers the licensing process for assigned licenses.
+ Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation.
+ Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting.
+ Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials.
+ Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Legal or claims related experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
+ Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the claims management industry.
+ Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
