    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Each day you'll serve as a critical member of our nursing team by working with our doctors and other clinical specialists to closely observe patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You'll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and applying what you know in real-time to provide solutions for real people. Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to provide excellent care and learn new things and your ability to communicate effectively with peers, patients, and patients' loved ones.

     

    + Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levels

    + Quickly report and address any changes in condition

    + Patiently and thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and family members

    + Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention

    Job Requirements

    **Required Skills** :

    + Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.

    + One (1) or more years of nursing experience

    + Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas

    + BLS (AHA)

    **Preferred Skills** :

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

    + One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred

    Pay Range

    $42.00 - $42.00 /hour
