Executive Assistant, HPM Business Operations** **– Nashville, TN
The Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Business Operations team is seeking an executive assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to supporting our team of impact makers. A rare opportunity to grow a career in Health Tech and collaborate with Excellence and PMO teams in a global, high-innovation, Health Technology business.
Your role:
+ Coordinating, preparing, and managing the scheduling of regular team meetings, executive briefings, and other key events
+ Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery and collaborate with team members to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges.
+ Assists in collecting and analyzing data to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries, supporting informed decision-making at the highest level and creates complex draft letters, emails, office documents including meetings agendas, minutes and follow-up action items that align with the Executive(s)’ strategic objectives.
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, such as purchase order submissions and invoice management, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
You're the right fit if:
+ You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Administrative Support, Clerical Support or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
+ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), project management tools and Copilot for collaboration and efficiency use.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $33.63 to 53.65 hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
