    Position Summary:

    Performs various Facility Maintenance function needs from Electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry painting, and other building maintenance needs. Maintain and pm/repair building equipment, perform inspections, train and use various MHE equipment as needed. Work as team member with MHE techs and supervisor/manager.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Building inspections, filling out forms includes fire extinguishers, eye wash, racking etc

    + Installation of signage, rails, and any other building modifications

    + Assist outside contractors when needed

    + General maintenance prep work

    + Work as maintenance battery tech, changing and watering MHE batteries

    + Basic electrical work, drain snaking, plumbing, prep, and painting, drywall, rough carpentry

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    6 - 12 months building maintenance experience in warehouse and / or production environment
