Our client, a Human Resources Services organization, is seeking a Sr. HR Coordinator to join their team. As a Sr. HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Peripheral Intervention (PI) HR team supporting the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. HR Coordinator
**Location:** Tempe, AZ (On-site Monday–Thursday, remote Friday optional)
**Pay Range:** $17.00/hour
What’s the Job?
Max of 5
+ Respond to inbound inquiries from associates and provide support on HR processes.
+ Act as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Associate Service Center.
+ Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding for the Sales organization.
+ Maintain physical and digital employment files and execute HR administrative tasks.
+ Support strategic HR projects and create reports for leadership.
What’s Needed?
Max of 5
+ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Administration preferred.
+ 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
+ Experience with I-9 processing, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and HRIS/ERP systems (Workday, Taleo, SAP).
+ Excellent attention to detail, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
