    Title: UKG Ready HR SR Consultant

     

    Duration: 06+ Months

    Key Responsibilities

    + Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on HR modules such as:

    + HR Core

    + Benefits

    + Performance & Compensation

    + Learning

    + People Analytics

    + ACA Management

    + Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.

    + Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.

    + Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.

    + Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

    + Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on HR implementations.

    + Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.

    + Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.

    + Strong experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup.

    + Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.

    + Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live).

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

    + Experience in training delivery and user support.
