    **Our client, Financial Services/Accounts Receivable is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.** As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting customer account management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Specialist

    **Location:** NC, Charlotte

    **Pay Range:** $21.00 - $21.63 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Monitor daily cash and collections for a dedicated portfolio of customers.

    + Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues.

    + Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

    + Identify and resolve root causes impacting customer payments.

    + Support process improvements to increase cash flow and reduce risk.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    + Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Experience in accounts receivable or finance-related role.

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible; In Office)
