Our client, a leading manufacturer in the marine industry, is seeking a Mechanical Boat Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Boat Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly of fiberglass hulls, decks, and parts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.

**Job Title:** Mechanical Boat Assembler

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 hourly

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

What's the Job?

+ Install fiberglass hulls, decks, and components following quality and safety standards

+ Interpret blueprints and work standards to determine part placement

+ Handle and apply sealants, adhesives, and primers safely and correctly

+ Operate hand, battery, and pneumatic tools to assemble boat parts

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing housekeeping duties

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Knowledge of fasteners such as nuts, bolts, and screws

+ Experience with overhead hoists, computers, and electrical assembly preferred

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints

+ Experience in fiberglass boat manufacturing is a plus
