Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Inventory Integrity Continuous Improvement Analyst** based at our **Berea** **,** **KY** location.
What you will do:
+ Conduct thorough root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and provide detailed reports that clearly communicate the financial and operational impacts of these discrepancies.
+ Implement corrective actions to prevent future inventory discrepancies, working closely with relevant teams to ensure improvements are effectively applied.
+ Support the Inventory Integrity Team in reaching department goals, including contributing to efforts aimed at reducing physical inventory discrepancies.
+ Lead continuous improvement projects, managing each initiative from start to finish and using strong project management skills to ensure success.
+ Monitor corrective actions that have been implemented to ensure they resolve identified issues, verifying their effectiveness through data analysis and inventory count verification.

What you will need:
+ Bachelor’s degree with specialized training in materials or supply chain disciplines preferred
+ At least 2 years of experience in inventory or materials-related functions
Skills, Experience, & Abilities
+ Strong experience with root cause analysis.
+ Advanced technical skills with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Project management experience.
+ Proven problem-solving abilities.
