    Our client, a leader in innovative design and workspace solutions, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

    **Pay Range:** $43-45/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the timeline management of the brand renewal campaign for Coalesse, ensuring all project milestones are met on schedule.

    + Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, digital, and external partners to deliver high-quality assets.

    + Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

    + Identify potential risks and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track and aligned with brand standards.

    + Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and go-to-market project management.

    + Proven success managing omni-channel campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

    + Strong understanding of creative development workflows and digital marketing channels.

    + Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    + Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Workfront.
