Our client, a leading organization in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Tipton Production team supporting seed processing, inventory management, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Tipton, IN

Pay Range:$19.50

Shift: Have to be open to all shifts and days

What's the Job?

+ Support seed crop inspection and maintenance activities during spring and summer seasons

+ Assist with seed inventory management, labeling, tagging, and packaging

+ Operate machinery and perform housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean work environment

+ Participate in daily team meetings and adhere to safety standards at all times

+ Support harvesting, seed packaging, warehousing, and shipping processes during peak seasons

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 60 lbs

+ Strong safety awareness and ability to follow directions accurately

+ Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

+ Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and overtime

+ Reliable transportation to the work site and ability to arrive as scheduled
