Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Order Management & Customer Relationship Management department supporting sales, distribution, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 25.00
Hybrid Model - 9:30am - 6pm
What's the Job?
+ Execute Lead-to-Cash transaction processing, supporting sales for quotations, sales orders, and after-sales service including handling customer complaints.
+ Conduct regular blocked and backorder analysis, supporting OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Take ownership of customer interactions, maintaining high service levels and process consistency.
+ Meet all defined KPIs to support the organization’s scorecard and operational excellence.
+ Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and advocate for positive change.
What's Needed?
+ Previous customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a related role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions like V-lookup and PivotTables.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems and quote-to-cash activities is advantageous.
+ Attention to detail, organized, and motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
+ Willingness to participate in training and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
