    OVERVIEW

    We are currently seeking a **Building** **Maintenance Technician** for our Irondale Equipment Facility located in on the south side of Chicago, IL.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Opening of Facilities.

    + Checking all mechanical rooms for any potential issues.

    + Assisting contractors.

    + Stocking of paper in all copier rooms.

    + Picking up of all trash on exterior grounds daily. Rotation of 307 garbage 3 yarders

    + Many general maintenance items including putting chairs together, hanging of pictures, replacing fridge filters, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High School Diploma

    + Basic knowledge of facility operations

    + Mechanical skills a plus

    + Hourly Range: $19.31 - $28.96
