    Job Title: 3rd Shift S&R Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our shipping and receiving department. The role involves managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive shipments and verify items against order sheets.

    + Count and track inventory accurately.

    + Operate a forklift to move materials within the facility.

    + Ship products out efficiently and accurately.

    + Deliver parts to all departments as needed.

    + Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, stooping, and extensive walking.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.

    + 1 year of experience in warehouse inventory tracking.

    + 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.

    + Forklift certification or equivalent experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in data entry for inventory control.

    + Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a large industrial building with active production throughout the day. The shipping and receiving department operates separately but requires frequent interaction with the production floor. Responsibilities include working outdoors in all weather conditions to manage shipments. The environment is busy and loud, with no temperature control, meaning it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
