Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in monitoring product batches and ensuring that production lines operate smoothly. You will be cross-trained on various lines and will handle tasks related to waste management, cleaning, and gauge maintenance.

Responsibilities

+ Receive raw materials and ensure Certificate of Analysis approval before use.

+ Mix chemicals according to the prescribed formula to produce products.

+ Document the mixing process accurately on Process Check Sheets and Production Formulas.

+ Package finished products and prepare them for shipment to customers.

+ Organize and store raw materials and finished products in the warehouse.

+ Perform daily checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas and warehouse through regular housekeeping tasks.

+ Operate the water treatment facility as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in production, quality control, and machine operation.

+ Experience in general labor and production processes.

+ Ability to inspect and monitor product batches, ensuring correct temperature, mixing speed, and materials are maintained.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Backgrounds in construction, lawn care, and farming are welcome.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a relaxed environment with minimal supervision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
