Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and functionality of industrial plant equipment and machinery. The equipment is highly automated, requiring the ability to read schematics and possess high-level troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial equipment such as conveyors, boilers, sorters, etc.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment.

+ Repair equipment to minimize downtime and prevent future breakdowns.

+ Utilize knowledge in pneumatics, plumbing, and blueprint reading for maintenance tasks.

+ Engage in PLC troubleshooting to maintain equipment efficiency.

Essential Skills

+ 4-6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ 3+ years of high-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read electrical schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Turlock, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.
