Position Summary

Manages projects from planning through delivery, ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies and best practices. Partners with project teams, cross-functional partners, external vendors, and stakeholders to document and communicate deliverables, requirements, schedules, budgets, and meeting plans.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

+ Drives the full lifecycle of IT projects, including systems implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, and enterprise application rollouts.

+ **Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation** , such as technical requirements, risk assessments, change logs, and progress dashboards.

+ **Communicates project schedules, scope changes, and budgets** to stakeholders to ensure alignment.

+ **Manages stakeholder communications across IT, business units, and external vendors** , ensuring alignment on project goals and delivery expectations.

+ **Leads functional change management initiatives** and partners on the development of training strategies and materials.

+ **Monitors project risks and resolves issues proactively** **,** escalating as needed to keep projects on track.

+ Leads process improvements and post-implementation reviews to enhance efficiency, adoption, and overall project success.

+ Analyzes project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future project outcomes.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of IT project management experience.

+ Project Management Professional certification.

+ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
