    Join a **leading printing company** in Stratford, CT that’s ramping up operations and actively hiring **Production Associates** for a 4–6 month contract with the **potential to go permanent** .     •** **Job Details:

    + **Shifts Available:1st Shift:** 6:00am–6:00pm

    + **2nd Shift:** 6:00pm–6:00am

    + **Monday–Friday**

    + **Overtime:** Unlimited opportunities to earn more — **overtime available daily!**

    •** **What You’ll Do:

    + Sort and prepare outbound packages to meet USPS standards

    + Verify job outputs and ensure accuracy before shipping

    + Operate scanners and proprietary software for job tracking

    + Perform quality control inspections and support reprint verification

    + Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace

    •** **What We’re Looking For:

    + Basic computer and web navigation skills

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

    + Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work hard

    + Safety-conscious and quality-driven attitude

    •** **Bonus Skills (Not Required):

    + Experience in cleanroom environments

    + General production, packaging, or machine operation experience

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
