Job Title: Testing Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Testing Technician to engage in the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of production products. This role involves the installation of firmware and testing of branded products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm
$28 - $30/hr
Responsibilities
+ Perform testing on equipment such as analog, digital, video, logic circuits, components, and instruments.
+ Measure power, signal, and temperature accurately.
+ Review test results with staff and recommend repairs, maintenance, and equipment refinement.
+ Conduct production-line testing, troubleshooting to the component level, and firmware installation.
+ Operate basic test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, current clamps, and Hi-Pot machines.
+ Read schematics and troubleshoot circuit boards and units to the component level.
+ Perform soldering and crimping tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with electronic components like resistors, capacitors, and transformers.
+ Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and Hi-Pot machines.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
+ 3-5 years of experience in testing electrical components.
+ Experience in high-volume testing for production panels.
+ Knowledge of Tele Com products, firmware installation, and computer network experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with thru-hole circuit board testing and troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with electrical panels and high voltage testing.
+ Capability to perform bench testing and calibration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
