Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products, as well as assigned soldering processes. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Solder components, configure cabling, and configure wires with provided training.

+ Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation.

+ Ensure the quality of work and meet all Quality System requirements for assigned tasks.

+ Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays.

+ Ensure products meet current quality requirements.

+ Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules.

Essential Skills

+ Production experience

+ Proficiency in using hand tools for small part assembly

+ Ability to cross-train across assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical processes

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

+ Team player with good work tenure and reliable attendance

+ Physical ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Entry-level experience in general production, inspection, and mechanical assembly

Work Environment

The work environment consists of an open-concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Products flow from station to station. The standard shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Fridays reserved for potential overtime. Employees are expected to work effectively in this organized and collaborative setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Concord, New Hampshire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
