Adecco is recruiting for an **HR / Admin Associate** for a client in **Auburn, NY.** This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to full-time, paying **$20-28/hour** depending on experience.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR / Administrative Associate to support our Human Resources department. This role will primarily focus on benefits administration, open enrollment processes, and general HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with benefits administration, including employee inquiries, enrollment changes, and documentation.
+ Support annual open enrollment by preparing materials, coordinating communications, and helping employees with system navigation.
+ Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including filing, reporting, and data entry.
+ Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, leave policies, and general HR processes.
+ Coordinate with insurance providers and third-party vendors as needed.
+ Assist with onboarding and orientation tasks related to benefits and policy review.
+ Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
+ 2-3+ years of administrative or HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
+ Knowledge of employee benefits, open enrollment, and HR processes a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
