Adecco is hiring for Seasonal Machine Operators–2 -3-month opportunity in Hanover PA.
Pay Rate: $28.58 for both 2nd & 3rd shift.
Shift: 2nd 3-11pm M-F
Shift: 3rd11pm – 7am (training may be on a different shift)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Rewinder Machine Operator to support our manufacturing team in wire winding operations. This role is perfect for candidates with prior machine operation or machinist experience, especially in wire winding or similar industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate wire rewinding machinery safely and efficiently
+ Wind various wire sizes and types into designated spools and coils
+ Load/unload pay-off devices and perform butt welding and wire grinding
+ Change and maintain dies, thread machines, and apply lubricants
+ Conduct minor machinery adjustments to ensure proper function
+ Accurately label and secure spools per production specifications
+ Follow standard work procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Qualifications:
+ Minimum **2 years** of experience in wire winding or similar manufacturing roles
+ Skilled in using micrometers, tape measures, and inspection tools
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to complete documentation accurately
+ Reliable, punctual, and committed to a safe work environment
**Pay Details:** $28.59 per hour
