    Job Description

    Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.

    + Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.

    + Perform general framing, wood framing for both exterior and interior structures.

    + Install interior trim, cabinets, and countertops.

    + Build decks, install flooring, and conduct interior/exterior door installations.

    + Install windows, siding, and roofing.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in construction and carpentry.

    + Experience in framing and finish carpentry.

    + Ability to work with drywall and rough carpentry.

    + Experience with siding and roofing.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
