    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for securely opening and closing the plant, starting, stopping, and operating facility utilities and production equipment, and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues. You will also perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance, support equipment modifications, rebuilds, and overhauls, and identify and report equipment deficiencies and safety concerns. Your contributions will help maintain site assets, systems, structures, and grounds professionally while adhering to OSHA standards and internal safety practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Securely open and close the plant following site safety protocols.

    + Start, stop, and operate facility utilities and production equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose production equipment issues.

    + Perform preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance.

    + Support equipment modifications, rebuilds, and overhauls.

    + Identify and report equipment deficiencies and safety concerns.

    + Assist in the relocation, fabrication, or modification of facility assets.

    + Maintain site assets, systems, structures, and grounds professionally.

    + Follow OSHA standards and internal safety practices.

    + Complete documentation and maintenance logs accurately.

    + Contribute to daily 5S and housekeeping activities.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

    Essential Skills

    + Electrical knowledge

    + Troubleshooting skills

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise

    + Preventive maintenance experience

    + Ability to read schematics

    + PLC troubleshooting skills

    + Welding proficiency

    + 3-4 years of maintenance experience or an industrial maintenance degree

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + PLC troubleshooting knowledge

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
