    What You’ll Do:

    + Assemble, test, and inspect products to meet engineering specs and quality standards

    + Team up with OSG support to inspect parts and materials using the right tools and methods

    + Help solve production challenges and suggest smart improvements to drawings, processes, and equipment

    + Follow all procedures to ensure consistent, compliant products

    + Use your skills in J Standard Soldering and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly

    + Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized—6S style!

    + Show up reliably and be ready to roll up your sleeves for overtime when needed

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 10+ years of manufacturing experience

    + Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

    + Familiarity with schematics

    + Strong assembly and troubleshooting skills

    + Quick learner who’s ready to take on new tasks

    Bonus Points:

    + Lean Six Sigma / Greenbelt experience

    Physical Demands:

    + Sitting: 35%

    + Walking: 10%

    + Standing: 35%

    + Lifting: 20% (up to 30 lbs solo; heavier with help or lift equipment)

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.50 per hour
