_Pay: $20.25/hour (Based on Experience)_
_Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM_

General Purpose:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding frames, legs, and other parts using MIG and TIG welding techniques. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure quality and precision in all fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Set up and operate TIG and MIG welding machines
+ Weld aluminum and steel products using appropriate jigs/fixtures
+ Perform grinding and drilling operations
+ Inspect and correct welded parts
+ Maintain workstation and follow safety/5S standards
+ Collaborate with team members on production goals and special projects
+ Participate in safety programs and demonstrate core company values
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Required:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and procedures
+ Experience using welders (MIG & TIG)
+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Proven reliability and attendance record
+ Ability to navigate computer-based production systems
+ Must read, write, and speak English fluently
Preferred:
+ Prior welding experience
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
+ Standing for up to 10 hours/day
+ Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs)
+ Required PPE: steel-toed shoes, welding mask, gloves, arm sleeves, jackets/aprons
+ Warehouse environment (non-climate controlled)
**Pay Details:** $20.25 per hour
