• Entry-level CNC Machinist

    Adecco is hiring immediately for CNC Machinists at Ametek in South Smithfield, UT. CNC Machinists do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $19.00-$26.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will set up and operate milling or turning machines, perform in-process inspections using basic measurement tools, complete and attach travelers to finished products, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support ISO compliance. You may also assist with CMM operations as part of quality control.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + This position is entry-level, no experience necessary

    + Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of GD&T

    + Knowledge of basic inspection equipment (mics, calipers, cages, etc.)

    + Great attention to detail

    + Strong verbal communication skills

    + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

    + Must be able to perform manual tasks that involve frequent use of hands and fingers (grasping, pinching, gripping)

    + Must be able to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl to complete job duties

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
