Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ Join our team in a state-of-the-art, clean environment dedicated to battery manufacturing. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, installation, and troubleshooting of machinery and electrical systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing facility.

+ Ensure optimal performance of electrical systems efficiently and safely, minimizing production downtime.

+ Install and wire new electrical systems at or below 480V for manufacturing equipment and machinery.

+ Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections on electrical systems.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical circuits, control systems, motors, and provide necessary repairs.

+ Repair or replace faulty components such as wiring, circuit breakers, switches, and motors.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations regarding electrical installations and repairs.

+ Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and production to coordinate electrical work on machines or systems.

+ Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and other safety protocols when working on electrical equipment.

+ Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and inspections, completing maintenance logs and reports.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems, circuits, components, and industrial machinery and automation systems.

+ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and circuit testers.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

+ Familiarity with PLCs and programmable control systems, including Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Rockwell.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
