    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of both **mechanical and electrical** components of production equipment and systems. This includes working with **linear baggers and other processing equipment** . You will ensure the cleanliness and compliance of the equipment area with all GMP standards while troubleshooting and repairing **mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.**

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components of production equipment.

    + Work with linear baggers and other processing systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.

    + Ensure equipment and area cleanliness to comply with GMP standards.

    + Maintain and repair gearboxes, servo motors, and VFDs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with high and low voltage electrical systems.

    + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.

    + Proficiency in maintenance repair, welding, and using PLC controls.

    + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Experience with preventive maintenance and GMP standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3-4 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.

    + Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, SQF, and other regulatory requirements is helpful.

    + Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $85280.00/yr.
