    Job Title: Process Technician/Supervisor

    Job Description

    This role involves overseeing production employees and setting up and performing the duties of a plastics process technician.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and manage production employees.

    + Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.

    + Ensure production processes are efficient and adhere to quality standards.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the injection molding process.

    + Maintain and uphold safety standards and protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

    + At least 3 years experience in injection molding and process technician roles.

    + Proficiency in operating injection molding machines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in plastic injection molding is required.

    The work environment includes approximately 100 employees spread across 3 shifts. This position is in a plastic injection molding setting.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
