Hiring Immediately for Customer Support Associates with our client in Kansas City, MO. Weekly pay starting at $18.50-$20.00 per hour. Apply now!
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate with clients through outbound and follow-up calls to provide support with recently submitted Medicare applications.
+ Address client inquiries and concerns across various communication channels, ensuring accurate information and issue resolution.
+ Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience that supports client satisfaction and plan confidence.
+ Verify application details and assist clients in understanding Medicare Advantage and Supplement plan options.
+ Conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and present Value Based Care (VBC) options when appropriate.
+ Use multiple systems and tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Track and manage client cases within CRM software, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
+ Meet individual and team performance goals, including productivity and quality metrics.
+ Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing process improvements.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
+ Must be able to attend an onsite interview with the client in Kansas City, MO
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ At least 3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of one year in pre-sales or customer service; previous experience in the Medicare health insurance industry preferred
+ Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
+ Adaptable to new technology with strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while managing and prioritizing multiple projects with strict deadlines
**Pay Details:** $18.50 to $20.00 per hour
