    Job Maintenance Coordinator require candidates to:

    • Manage maintenance parts and inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and tracking supplies.

    • Maintain inventory systems with defined min/max levels, reorder points, labeling, and cycle counts to reduce stockouts and emergency purchases.

    • Support preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling and compliance tracking; generate reports and maintain accurate asset records (warranties, manuals, serial numbers).

    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotes, purchases, service follow-ups, and warranty claims.

    • Collect and reconcile invoices with purchase orders; ensure accurate documentation for AP processing and audits.

    • Maintain safety and compliance documentation, including training records, SDS sheets, inspection logs, and SOPs.

    • Follow and promote safety procedures in line with Cal/OSHA and company policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols.

    • Provide occasional local support for urgent parts pickup and hands-on coordination as needed.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Maintenance Coordinator job:

    • **Education:** High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school coursework preferred.

    • **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in maintenance coordination, inventory/storeroom management, procurement, or CMMS administration.

    • **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, CMMS/ERP systems, and basic asset and warranty tracking.

    • **Core Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective communication and vendor negotiation.

    • **Licenses/Certifications:** Valid California driver’s license required; forklift certification or ability to obtain.

    • **Language:** Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

     

    The starting pay rate for Maintenance Coordinator job is $23-$25 an hour DOE plus overtime as needed.

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
