    **Job Title:** Fulfillment Specialist

    **Location:** Clifton, NJ

    **Shift:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $20/hour

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a **detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist** to support day-to-day fulfillment and assembly tasks in a fast-paced office/production setting. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency. Experience with radiology terminology is a plus but not required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform envelope stuffing, collating, and letter assembly for presentations and client distributions.

    + Assemble press kits and prepare materials for meetings, events, and mailings.

    + Ensure all documents and materials are accurate, complete, and properly packaged.

    + Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control.

    + Assist with general office/fulfillment duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in fulfillment, mailing, or administrative support preferred.

    + Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

    + Basic computer skills (MS Office a plus).

    + Knowledge of **radiology terminology** a plus.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    + Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    + $20/hour

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
