? **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (additional hours may be available)
? **Rate of Pay:** $18/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a **detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant** to support our Intake Department. This role involves client interaction, data entry, filing, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Client Intake:** Complete client intake over the phone, follow up on voicemails, answer basic program questions, and collect necessary information to add clients to the waiting list.
+ **Data Entry:** Accurately input client information into spreadsheets (OneDrive) and databases (Apricot).
+ **Mail & Shipping:** Prepare and mail letters, application packets, and other correspondence.
+ **Filing & Documentation:** Organize physical and digital files, including occasional scanning of documents.
+ **Staff Support:** Assist with various clerical tasks and special projects as needed to support the intake team.
Qualifications
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with data entry tasks.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
This is a temporary position with the potential for additional hours and hands-on experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
