    Integration Engineer (Customer Support)

    Job Description

    Serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating laser communication products into their systems. Provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms such as satellites, aircraft, and ground vehicles. Collaborate closely with internal engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during integration processes.

    + Deliver hands-on support and training to customers on-site.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser communication products.

    + Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance product features.

    + Work with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 4 years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.

    + Proficiency in using test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

    + Strong skills in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment.

    + Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
