    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    Leads and promotes the provision of quality patient care for the assigned clinical service. Participates in staff selection and development. Assists with compliance with Hospital and CHW policy, as well as with JCAHO and other licensing and regulatory standards.

    Job Requirements

    Required Licensure

    + CT CPRBLS (AHA)

    + CT ACLS (AHA) within 90 days of hire

    + CA RN

    Required Special Skills

    + Demonstrates proficient nursing skills in specialty area.

    + Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others across department lines.

    + Reacts calmly and effectively in emergencies. Experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills.

    Preferred

    + Experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills.

    + Current BLS-C certification required.

    + IV certification.

    + EKG experience

    Pay Range

    $49.22 - $72.19 /hour
