    Description

    Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to hire a Marketo Marketing Specialist (contract). Please note, that this is a hybrid role and will require 3+ days onsite per week. The ideal applicant will serve as the go-to Marketo automation expert to ensure proper database management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work with cross functional teams to plan, create, and execute programs and campaigns in Marketo.

    + Identify leads and hand them off to the appropriate team member.

    + Build and maintain customer journeys, drip, and one time email campaigns across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement.

    + Conduct A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.

    + Support management to define goals, KPIs, audience segments, and more.

    + Collaborate with the team to create, implement, and measure click-thru rates for landing pages.

    + Manage all lists in Marketo and maintain meaningful database segmentation.

    + Monitor database hygiene and perform ongoing data cleansing.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

    + 3+ years of experience utilizing Marketo or a similar marketing automation tool

    + Knowledge of email regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.

    + Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM or similar CRM tool

    + Database experience for pulling data, data cleansing, cross referencing, importing, exporting, etc.

    + Ability to track and report on marketing KPIs
